I entered the recruitment world in 2012, initially training in executive search. I transitioned into the audio-visual industry in 2018 as Recruitment Manager at AVMI (now Kinly). After some time in consultancy, I joined proAV as Recruitment & Deployment Manager. With a decade of insights from both sides of the hiring process, I founded my own independent agency, ATA AV, to focus on specialized audio visual recruitment.
Outside of the office, I’m an enthusiastic golfer who prioritises fitness, whilst having a keen interest in watching various sports. Travelling and a passion for house music also rank high among my hobbies.
