I first entered the recruitment world in 2012, initially working for a couple of agencies and training in executive search. Transitioning internally and into the audio-visual industry in 2018, I took up the role of Recruitment Manager at AVMI (now Kinly). Following a stint in consultancy, I was approached by proAV to take up the position of Recruitment & Deployment Manager. Having experienced a decade of insights from both sides of the hiring process, I decided the time was right to establish my own independent audio-visual focused agency and ATA was born.
Outside of the office, I’m an enthusiastic golfer who prioritises fitness, whilst having a keen interest in watching various sports. Travelling and a passion for house music also rank high among my hobbies.
